Who handles your data
Cherry Electra is an independent game studio currently operating before incorporation and is the data controller for applications submitted through this website. Recruitment questions, privacy requests and requests to delete an application can be sent to career@cherryelectra.com.
What we collect
We collect your name, email address, area of interest, optional portfolio link and message, your CV, and technical records needed to securely receive the application.
Why we use it
We use applicant data only to review your suitability for work or collaboration with Cherry Electra, communicate with you about the application, and keep the recruitment process secure.
Storage and access
Applications and CV files are stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Access is restricted to the studio owner and authorised recruiting collaborators.
How long we keep it
Applications are scheduled for deletion six months after submission. If you separately ask us to consider you for future roles, the application may be retained for up to twelve months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your application, and you may withdraw the optional future-role permission at any time by contacting the address above.
